Abia, neighbouring states in talks for regional railway project – Otti

Abia State Governor Otti stated that the state government engaged a Chinese company to design a railway project initially focused on linking parts of Abia, which has since been expanded to a regional network involving neighboring states. Talks are ongoing among Abia and its neighbors to develop this regional railway.
