Drive-Thru Custard Shop And Cafe Could Be Coming To Gladstone Park’s Milwaukee Avenue

A locally owned cafe and custard shop called Kind Brew Cafe and Creamery could open at a former Bank of America building on Milwaukee Avenue in Gladstone Park after receiving a special use permit for its drive-thru. The project, proposed by Brandon Grosz, aims to revitalize the vacant property and serve as a community gathering space with locally sourced food and beverages.
