Maple Grove Hospital nurses secure higher pay, better benefits ahead of Sanford Health acquisition

Nearly 600 Maple Grove Hospital nurses secured a new three-year union contract with higher pay, improved retirement benefits, and workplace safeguards ahead of Sanford Health's acquisition. The agreement includes a 401(k) match, double-time pay after 13 consecutive work hours, and uses the same pay formula as North Memorial Robbinsdale Hospital starting in 2028.
