State AGs join legal fight against Trump’s wind farm freeze
A coalition of Democratic state attorneys general has joined a lawsuit challenging the Trump administration’s halt of onshore wind projects, which has stalled over 155 projects due to the Department of Defense refusing to conduct national security reviews. The states argue the federal government has unlawfully blocked renewable energy development without providing a reasonable explanation.
