Man arrested after stealing LAPD cruiser, driving to Orange County

A man was arrested for stealing a Los Angeles Police Department cruiser near BMO Stadium and driving it to Orange County. The incident occurred on July 22 when he took an LAPD Crown Victoria parked at 38th and Figueroa streets in Exposition Park around 8 p.m.
