Pedestrian lights at Pearl City intersection begins construction after over 5 years

Pedestrian lights at the Waimano Home Road and Hoomalu intersection in Pearl City are scheduled to be completed by the end of September to address long-standing safety concerns. Construction began after over five years of delays.
