Bodycam video shows arrest of Secret Service officer accused of masturbating in front of guests at DoubleTree near MIA

John Spillman, a Secret Service officer, was arrested in May 2024 for indecent exposure at a DoubleTree hotel near Miami International Airport. Bodycam footage shows deputies arresting him after he exposed himself and masturbated in front of guests. Spillman was placed on administrative leave and charged with the offense.
