A popular prescription medication, Depakote (Divalproex Sodium Delayed-release tablets), used to treat epilepsy and bipolar disorder, is being voluntarily recalled nationwide. Bionpharma Inc. initiated the recall after foreign tablets and capsules were reported, as noted in an FDA enforcement report.
