Chief meteorologist Cecily Tynan to retire after more than 30 years with Action News

Cecily Tynan, chief meteorologist at 6abc/WPVI-TV Action News, announced her retirement after over 35 years in broadcast journalism. Her last broadcast will be August 31, following a career that included covering major weather events like Hurricane Sandy and the Blizzard of 1996.
