Tennessee man charged and jailed for fatal Nashville crash
A Tennessee man was charged and jailed for a fatal car accident in Nashville that killed a man in November 2025. James Brewington Jr. faces charges including vehicular homicide by reckless conduct and three counts of aggravated assault after his truck collided with a Jeep Renegade, resulting in the death of Dustin McLeod.
