Intuit CreditKarma security team has really stupid policies

A user contacted Intuit CreditKarma's security department to unlink their email from accounts due to receiving unsolicited emails, suspecting a scammer used their email address. The security team requested sensitive personal information, including full name, date of birth, and last four digits of their SSN, which the user refused to provide.
