CHP searching for witnesses in Hayward fatal hit and run

CHP is seeking witnesses for a fatal hit-and-run collision in Hayward on Highway 92 involving a box truck and a Toyota 4Runner towing a U-Haul, which killed the Toyota driver. The incident occurred on the westbound side just east of Industrial Boulevard.
