Woman charged with murder, arson more than 2 years after fatal Miami apartment fire

A Cutler Bay woman was arrested more than two years after a Miami apartment fire that caused fatal burns to her roommate, Shannon Felice Stork. Stork initially claimed the fire was accidental but later provided conflicting statements, which were disproven by evidence and BATFE testing. She faces murder and arson charges and remains held without bond pending a detention hearing.
