Cutler Bay voyeurism suspect will remain locked up, judge rules

A 26-year-old Cutler Bay man, Fabian Izaguirre Cepero, will remain in jail after being arrested for voyeurism and indecent exposure following an incident involving a 12-year-old girl. He was previously accused of placing a phone in a Target dressing room in 2025 and is already on bond for 17 counts related to child sexual abuse material.
