IPEC board member Edward Rangel joins The Mind Trust as chief program officer

Edward Rangel, a charter school founder and IPEC board member, will join The Mind Trust as chief program officer to oversee initiatives like Indiana Learns and Indy Summer Learning Labs. His appointment strengthens IPEC’s ties to the charter school sector in Indianapolis, where he will continue serving on the IPEC board alongside David Harris, founder of The Mind Trust.
