Friends of slain Minnesota Democratic lawmaker say man who killed her failed to erase her impact
Vance Boelter, who killed House Speaker Melissa Hortman and her husband, pleaded guilty to six counts and received two life sentences plus 40 years. He also critically injured state Sen.
