Ghanaians ask International Criminal Court to examine years of anti-migrant violence in South Africa

Two Ghanaians petitioned the International Criminal Court to investigate anti-migrant violence in South Africa, alleging crimes against humanity from 2015 to 2026. The ICC received the communication but does not automatically investigate all submissions.
