Fruit puree pouches sold at Kroger, Meijer, and Target stores are recalled due to potential plastic contamination. PT Organics voluntarily recalled the Pumpkin Tree Peter Rabbit Organics Banana & Strawberry pouches, which may contain soft, food-grade plastic strands. No injuries have been reported.
