BJP lodges complaint against former staff member over ‘defamatory’ statements regarding unaccounted cash

BJP filed a complaint against a former temporary staff member of the Thrissur city unit who alleged that unaccounted cash was brought to the party office in 17 sacks during the Assembly election campaign. The staff member accused senior party leaders of diverting the funds for personal use instead of using them for election activities.
