8-year-old caught on fire after tabletop fire pit exploded on vacation, family says

An 8-year-old boy and another child suffered burns after a tabletop fire pit exploded during a family vacation in California. The product, FlikrFire, had been recalled 18 months prior by the Consumer Product Safety Commission due to safety hazards causing at least two deaths and 60 injuries.
