Arkansas cop tragically dies saving fiancée's life just hours after proposing
An Arkansas police officer drowned while attempting to save his fiancée in Missouri’s Elk River just hours after proposing to her. Fred Marsh, 24, of the Rogers Police Department entered the water to rescue her but did not resurface, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
