Phil Weiser, Democratic nominee for governor, picks his lieutenant governor

Phil Weiser, Colorado's Attorney General and Democratic nominee for governor, selected Lesley Dahlkemper as his lieutenant governor. Dahlkemper, a Jefferson County Commissioner, previously collaborated with Weiser on distributing funds for the opioid crisis. The gubernatorial election will pit Weiser against Republican Victor Marx, with Election Day set for November 3.
