Former Minneapolis communication chief charged with stealing co-worker’s debit card

Adam Kater Fetcher, former Minneapolis communication chief, was charged with stealing a co-worker’s debit card and using it to make purchases at a tobacco store. Video evidence and a later confrontation at the store led to his identification, and he was terminated from his city position. He faces a felony charge and must attend court.
