Families of women who died in prison hold vigil
Families of Khaira Howard, Rebecca Fackler, Ashley Hoath, and Delphenia Jones held a vigil outside the Women's Huron Valley Correctional Facility, alleging the prison has black mold issues and staff neglected inmates' medical needs, according to attorneys representing some families.
