Nonprofit, Hudson resident say they've file legal challenge to block Hudson's Big Horn ICE detention center
Nonprofit Together Colorado and a Hudson resident filed a lawsuit urging the town to block the proposed Big Horn ICE detention center by enforcing local zoning laws. The facility, operated by GEO Group under a $528.7-million federal contract, would expand Colorado's ICE detention capacity to 2,720 beds.
