Michigan football fans accuse HailGate founder John Klein of scamming them by selling Morgan Wallen concert tickets, VIP meet-and-greets, and memorabilia through his Facebook group but failing to deliver. Over 600 victims have joined a Facebook group, claiming they paid thousands for unfulfilled promises and received delayed or no refunds.
