Centennial neighbor wonders why home owned by rental company doesn't follow HOA rules

A Centennial resident, Judy Thormahlen, is frustrated with a rental property owned by American Homes 4 Rent for violating HOA yard maintenance rules, including excessive weeds and dust. The City of Centennial's Code Compliance Team has received multiple complaints about the property over five years. American Homes 4 Rent has not responded to inquiries about their maintenance process.
