Two 16-year-olds arrested in University City homicide investigation

Two 16-year-olds, Kha-Zai McIllwain and Devonterival Miller, were arrested in connection with the April 9 homicide of 38-year-old Virgil Hardeman in University City. Hardeman was shot in the Microtel parking lot and later died at a hospital. The suspects face charges of murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon, and conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon.
