Farmington Hills homeowner says Consumers Energy dug a hole in his front yard and never came back

A Farmington Hills homeowner, David Cavanaugh, claims Consumers Energy dug a 4-5 feet deep and 6 feet wide hole in his yard over a year ago and has not repaired it, creating a safety hazard. Cavanaugh has contacted both the city and Consumers Energy, who recently acknowledged his complaint but have yet to provide a solution.
