Fisherman treads water for hours, miles off Cape Cod before rescue: “We were there for a reason”
A fisherman was rescued after treading water for two and a half hours off Cape Cod by the crew of the fishing boat Seel Jr., who responded to a distress call. The man was treated for hypothermia after being spotted by the crew and assisted by the Coast Guard.
