Allergy medication recalled over possible mix-up that could cause ‘life-threatening’ reactions

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued a voluntary recall for certain lots of Cetirizine hydrochloride Tablets, which are sold as generic versions of Zyrtec, due to a potential mix-up that could lead to life-threatening reactions.
