Excavation underway at home in Philadelphia’s Olney section amid ongoing investigation

Excavation is underway at a home in Philadelphia’s Olney section along the 400 block of Chew Avenue, with the involvement of Philadelphia police, the FBI, and the water department. Forensics will examine the removed pipe, following earlier use of cadaver dogs and a perimeter expansion by officials.
