Three proposals move forward as Cañon City decides what to do with pool funding

Cañon City is narrowing down three proposals for $2 million in pool funding: a smaller outdoor pool, a Wester Gateway Project for riverwalk recreation, and an incline similar to Manitou Springs. The city council will select one proposal by August 3, with a ballot measure set for November 3. If the project fails, refunds may be issued.
