Hungary Blocks EU Clusters 2,3 for Ukraine, Moldova
Hungary has again refused to approve EU accession clusters 2 and 3 for Ukraine and Moldova, rescheduling the next attempt for September 1. Hungary argues that opening all clusters simultaneously would be unfair to other Western Balkans candidates.
