Lower speed limits coming to this popular North Bay downtown
The San Rafael City Council voted to lower speed limits on 18 roadways outside the downtown corridor as part of a two-phase program initiated in 2025. New speed limit signs will be installed in the fall, followed by a one-month warning period before enforcement begins.
