Muni board approves traffic improvements in Chinatown.

San Francisco's Chinatown will receive more all-day parking and a new full-time transit lane as approved by the Municipal Transportation Agency. The changes involve converting part-time tow-away spots on two blocks of Clay Street between Kearny and Leidesdorff streets.
