Cinerama Dome, an iconic Hollywood theater shuttered by COVID pandemic, will reopen

The Cinerama Dome, an iconic Hollywood theater closed during the COVID-19 pandemic, will be restored and reopened by Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in early 2028. Alamo will also operate a 14-theater complex next to the dome, which will include in-theater dining, while the dome itself will preserve its historic geodesic design and large logo without dining.
