Larceny suspect indicted in Mathews County

Michael Paul West was indicted in Mathews Circuit Court following his arrest earlier this year for a larceny case. He is scheduled for a Grand Jury hearing on July 22 and faces charges alongside Shanon Marie Smith involving firearms and jewelry.
