[US] Rapid Cargo Express Support Fraud

A user reported a scam involving 'Rapid Cargo Express', where they were asked to pay mandatory 'coverage fees' and later 'storage penalties' for a non-existent package. The scammer used a personal Chime account for payments and a Gmail address, with no legitimate website or email confirmation from the company.
