End-of-life directives to go on eHealth as new law takes effect in Hong Kong
Hong Kong's new law allows terminally ill residents to upload end-of-life directives specifying unwanted life-sustaining treatments to the city's electronic health record platform starting next Friday. The law formalizes end-of-life care arrangements, more than 20 months after the Advance Decision on Life-sustaining Treatment Ordinance was passed.
