PM Shehbaz hails Pakistan's 'remarkable progress' in indigenous autonomous capabilities in defence, security fields

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif praised Pakistan's advancements in indigenous autonomous defense and security systems during the Indus Robotics and Autonomous Systems (RAS) Expo 2026. He highlighted the development of 100% locally manufactured simulators and 60% indigenization of drones under the leadership of Chief of Defense Forces Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir.
