Mercado Livre Raises US$296 Million in Brazilian Debt
Mercado Livre's Brazilian finance company, Mercado Crédito SCFI, raised US$296 million (R$1.5 billion) through two series of local debt with maturities of 2 and 3 years, offering yields of CDI plus 0.39% and 0.47%. The offering attracted orders totaling R$3.3 billion (US$651 million).
