Lockheed, RTX in ‘early’ talks for Ukraine Patriot production, execs say

Lockheed and Raytheon are in early discussions to produce Patriot systems for Ukraine, with Raytheon executive Tom Laliberty stating they are working with the United States government to assess feasibility and determine the best approach for Ukraine.
