Developers withdraw application to build battery energy storage system in Chesapeake

Developers have withdrawn their application to build the Mill Stone Energy Center battery energy storage system in Chesapeake, Virginia. The project was set for a city council vote but was pulled on the day of the scheduled public hearing.
