WA wildfire survivors return home to ‘black all the way around you’

Wildfire survivors in Washington state are returning to homes surrounded by burned areas after the Kaiser Canyon wildfire expanded to 110 square miles. A resident used a gas-powered rototiller to protect his property as the fire remains 1% contained.
