[EU] Possible puppy scam?

A user found a puppy for sale on subito.it through a girl offering pups without pedigree but with parental pedigree, priced at €300 each with partial vet treatment. They agreed to meet at a train station, but the user is concerned due to lack of reverse image search results for the puppy photos and uncertainty about the legitimacy of the transaction.
