Hayward phone repair shop once again hit in smash-and-grab

A Hayward, Calif. phone repair shop was robbed for the second time since opening in April when armed thieves used a crowbar to break in and steal hundreds of dollars in merchandise. Surveillance video captured the theft, which occurred last Friday.
