Voto Latino, other advocacy groups call for Congress to impeach Mullin

Voto Latino and dozens of other advocacy organizations called for the impeachment of Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin in a letter to Congress, demanding articles of impeachment and a congressional investigation into his handling of deaths in detention.
