Fire breaks out outside Long Island courthouse

A fire broke out outside the Nassau County District Court Building in Hempstead, Long Island, on Tuesday. Approximately 150 firefighters controlled the blaze within 90 minutes, and surrounding traffic signals and businesses experienced power outages.
