Bystander severely wounded outside White House says Secret Service failed him

An active-duty soldier, Pfc. Benjamin Del Real Jr., was severely injured by a stray bullet during a shooting outside the White House and plans to sue the Secret Service for $25 million, alleging failure to protect bystanders. The Secret Service killed the shooter, Nasire Best, but has not confirmed if agents fired the bullet that struck Del Real.
